Wilmington Cape Fear Rose Society, Denise Miller

Denise Miller set up the Wilmington Cape Fear Rose Society Scholarship for students in the Landscape Gardening and Horticulture Science Program. Students must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher. The student must also be a second year student and have a instructors recommendation.
