Rising Tide Endowed Scholarship
Students may be endorsed by the Executive Director or Board of the Good Shepherd Center or agency serving the homeless, Mercy House, YWCA, or Social Services. Scholarship can also be for students that have been incarcerated on drug charges and returning to school.

Dorothy Ann Hungerford Endowed Scholarship
This scholarship is for students in any program of study who have suffered domestic violence. Applicants must have survived domestic violence, be currently separated from the abuser, and have sought help from a Wilmington social service agency such as Domestic Violence. Applicants must have at least one child who lives in the household, are legal residents of the US, exhibit strong desires and abilities to complete training and/or an academic program, and have definite plans to use the new training for career advancement, to train for a new career field, or to re-enter the job market.
