Napoleon Jerome Owens, Sr. Memorial Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship is for students in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical programs of study. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and must have completed one semester of study. Preference will be given to students who are residents of New Hanover County.
