Rosalie P. Owens Memorial Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship is for students in Allied Health programs of study. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and must have completed one semester of study. Preference will be given to single female heads-of-household. Students must be residents of Pender County.
