Wilmington Housing Authority

Applicant must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5, be enrolled as a full time student at CFCC, and be a resident of Wilmington Housing Authority or Section 8 Housing. Applicant must also submit an essay about their community involvement and their goals, along with a letter of reference.
