Louise F. McColl Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship is for employees or family members of employees of the City of Wilmington in any program of study. Eligibility will be determined by the City of Wilmington human resources department. If no City of Wilmington employees or dependents utilize the scholarship, it can be for any program. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.0.
