GPA must equal 2.0 or higher.
Student must show financial need – Financial need is shown through the FAFSA form.

Please note: Students must be progressing successfully through their program and remain in good academic standing to remain eligible for awards. Students who are deemed to be 1). in poor academic standing and/or 2). withdraw from programs after being awarded shall be ruled ineligible for future awards without the express written permission of the Dean of Health and Human Services.
