Samuel M. Taylor Memorial Life Sciences Scholarship

Eligible students must:

Be a North Carolina resident for tuition purposes.
Be enrolled in one of the following programs:
Clinical Research Associate
Facility Maintenance Technology
Biotechnology – Bioanalytical Laboratory Technology
Biotechnology – Bioprocess Manufacturing Technology
Maintain satisfactory academic progress (minimum 2.0 GPA).
Complete the FAFSA.

Submit the scholarship application and a short essay describing their interest in the life sciences field, career goals, and financial need.
Students should submit their completed application and essay to their college’s Financial Aid Office by July 31. Colleges will then forward eligible applications electronically to the NC Community College System Office for review.
