Officer Richard "Rich" Matthews Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is for students in the Criminal Justice program of study. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5. Students must be in their second year enrolled in the AA or AAS Criminal Justice Degree program. First priority will be given to a dependent of a law enforcement officer killed or permanently disabled in the line of duty.
