Smart Start/PNC Scholarship

Applicant must be working at a star-rated child care site approved for child care subsidy in New Hanover County with infants, toddlers, two year olds, and/or three year olds. Scholarship recipient must remain employed at the same child care site throughout the scholarship period to maintain eligibility and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.
